Zefiro system is energy efficient and riduces stratification, condensation and humidity.
The system is based on circular ducts, which, via microperforations, create a correct distribution of the air in the environment, through high efficiency inductive processes.
The diameter and number of holes are calibrated for each specific condition, in order to produce a distribution of the air pressure field around the duct.
This allows a low speed movement of the environmental air mass, then:

a constant temperature is spread,

uncomfortable air currents are eliminated,

the air layers are reduced,
-
the ventilation, induced by the holes, prevents condensation.
The diameter of the holes is specially designed to optimize the synergic effect between the strong induction, produced by the smaller holes, and the thrust of air conditiong, modulated through the larger holes.

Stainless Steel AISI 304: 0.5 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm thickness.
Galvanized Steel: 0.5 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm thickness.

DESIGN SUPPORT
Zefiro design is customised for each individual installation in order to define an effective and correct distribution of the air, depending on the mass flow and the extraction launch from each section.
The choice of complements and the hole morphology are obtained by a software based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) mathematical models.
